when we went to taitung last month... ivan's family, especially his cousin, showed us great hospitality
his cousin, who serves full-time in taiwan's air force, was in town this past weekend so we wanted to return the favor... plus wifey and i wanted to do a little celebration of our own
we went to jolly brewery in taipei
they brew their own beer and it was some pretty good beer
i had more than i should have had, but it just was some pretty good beer
what can i say?
i love beer!
despite the little episode with austin powers, we had a jolly good time at jolly's...

Hell Yeah Andres! Now this looks like my kinda place. I'll have to check Jolly's out when I get back. Those pints are practically calling my name!
yup, the beer there is not half bad and pretty decent prices for taipei city. the food is pretty good too. it's thai food (it was italian food when i went there a couple years ago) now which goes perfectly with beer. i love beer... a look at those pints and i'm drooling like homer simpson, "hmmmaaaahhh... beeeeeeeer"

p-roy... and the food is pretty good too. personally, i like the beer at leble d'or (http://www.lebledor.com.tw) better, but jolly's is pretty good too.
