yesterday was the dragon boat festival, so the taipei city government held its annual dragon boat race this past sunday
fellow canadian jerry and i went to the races to cheer on the canadian team (a.k.a. cantai dragons) take on the dutch team
i actually joined the canadian society's team about 4 years but we were not as good as this year's team
we simply got our butts kicked
i don't know whether the dutch team they went up against just sucked ass or the guys are just better this year or maybe they just weren't as hungover as us
but then again, they didn't have go up against minnesota state's rowing champions
