went back to the doctor's this past saturday for a check-up
here's the latest ultrasound...
we are at 16 weeks now
doc says all is good
baby is healthy and developing accordingly
he said the baby is most likely a boy
not 100% sure yet
should know for sure next check up
depends on the baby's position
we know there's no "sure" thing tho'
i've heard of doctors guaranteeing the baby's gender only to find out it was the opposite at birth
so, i will still not buy anything pink

Congrats on the child. I know a woman that was having twins and was expecting a girl and a boy because the doctors told her that. Surprise!!! ... She got 2 boys. The doctors were spot on on my girl. It should be obvious depending on their position. Anyway, good luck.

john... thank you. yes, i also personally know someone that got a big surprise at birth. the doc guaranteed 100% that they were having a boy but the baby was a girl at birth. it would probably be a lawsuit in the usa! anyways, it's all good for us... ultimately a healthy baby is all we ask for.
Congratulations to you both. I can't wait to hear the results and in the meantime, if you can stay away from shopping, you could try yellow!?! :-)
