i love doing spontaneous stuff and last night, it was as spontaneous as it gets
we received a last minute invite from the one, the only bushman and his lovely wife hui-chen to come and hang out in hukou

i love bbq and i've had a lot of bbq in my life and this is some of the best bbq i've ever had!
but you know, it's not all about the marinate and the food. let's me put it this way... without the right driver, the fatest car in the world would not win any races.

we killed a bottle of sang son royal thai rum. well, i only had a couple glasses, so the bushman did most of the killing
i like to thank mj and hui-chen for a wonderful time and the great hospitality

when we woke up this morning, we were still feeling stuffed from last night
that's how much food we ate!
we wanted to go out and walk around somewhere
kinda burn off some fat / calories
my sister called and asked us to go swimming in linkou
we've also wanted to go swimming for a while now
so, perfect!
the doctor told us it's very good for the mother and baby to walk around inside a swimming pool
we've been a bit hesitant to go to some of the local pools around us because they are pretty packed
this place we went to was very nice and had very little people
looks like we found our pool for the wifey to do some underwater exercises

Yeah, I used to swim there quite often. Seeing the pollution billowing out is quite disturbing... But at least not as bad as in China?
true, but taipei sometimes can get pretty bad. the air here sometimes just feels suffocating.
yes, that factory is very distrubing. that factory gives me a very "conflicting" feel too because that area is very nice, with lots of greens, nice views and "good" air, but then you see this monster just killing the air non-stop.
