Here are a few photos from last month's (8/8) Father's Day lunch.....
The restaurant we went to was called Jin Hua Ting, which is only about a 5 minute walk from home.

Yehliu Ocean World - Part 2
After walking through the "Sea Life Aquarium", we went to the outdoor pool / aquarium where they were having a dolphin and seal show along with a diving and synchronized swimming show.
Olivia looking at the pool and eagerly awaiting for the show to start.
Up first, were a couple of seals.

Yehliu Ocean World - Part 1
We've tried going to Yehliu a few times but every time we drive out there, it rains. This time we planned ahead and checked the forecast to make sure it was sunny instead of doing a spontaneous drive and getting caught in the rain like we've been doing before.
Yehliu is a small fishing village nestled behind some mountains by the ocean on the northern coast.
You can tell by the sheer number of tour buses on the parking lot that Yehliu is quite the popular tourist destination.
Very nice view and great weather.

Karl Witte Montessori School Graduation 2010
Olivia's school, the Karl Witte Montessori School (Kindie & Pre-School), held their 2010 graduation ceremonies this past July. Although Olivia wasn't graduating, she still had to go to do a performance with her class. The reason for that is because they got all the kids from the school doing all these different performances.
The school rented the theatre at the Taipei County Labor Activity Center for the event.
Wall montage of coloring artworks by all the students. Olivia didn't want to color hers so she didn't get anything posted on the wall. I guess she just wasn't interested in coloring that picture of those two graduation dolls. If that had been Dora or any of the Disney characters, she would have been all over it.
Personalized yearbook for all the graduating kids. These were really nice!
